Clean Budget hotel, nicely decorated

Very friendly staff welcomes you and tries to fulfill every wish. The rooms are nicely done with obviusly some effort to design them nicely in the given budget. Far better than the usual Thai budget guesthouse. The location is fine, u can walk to the old city (Chiangmai Gate) in maybe 5-10 minutes. Quiet. Breakfast is functional.
