Chaos

The room we had booked (double bed plus AC) was not available on arrival - they said this was because current occupants had extended their stay. This is not an acceptable reason. After much discussion, we were offered a room in the Marina Guesthouse next door - it DID have a double bed, but it had no windows - very depressing. We were given a Baht 100 refund per night - hardly anything given the hassle that we had. So this guesthouse is not recommended - there are plenty of other options in Ao Nang which would be much better value for money.

good location and quiet
