We arrived hot and tired, so upgraded our booking from standard (fan only) bungalow to one with AC and a fridge. The bamboo bungalows nearer the beach looked super fun (each comes with its own hammock on the verandah) but they are also fan only. Beach is at the bottom of the garden...so handy for multiple swims during the day. We couldn't fault our AC bungalow and loved sitting on the patio each afternoon when the huge storms and torrential downpours passed through. Great restaurants up and down the beach or about two minutes walk up the street and the mini-mart (around the corner) is a top place to buy cold beers for take-away. Office staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a delightful stay here.
