Fantastic experience first time in Bangkok

It was our first time in Bangkok and we really were surprised about the welcoming staff that have attended us, from the moment we arrived at the lobby to the check-in process to going to the room. The hotel is fantastic, clean, smells amazing, and all the decoration are beautiful. The front desk even allowed us for late check-out at 2pm since we arrived at midnight. The room service choices are very broad, breakfast is impeccable, with food from all the world. Too bad we were not able to visit the pool, but will definitely come back next time we are in Bangkok!!

Would be perfect if less Chinese
overall its a very nice hotel - room is clean - service is good - staff are nice - breakfast is good with lots of choices - swimming pool is slightly too small but the view is superb - gym is perfect... อ่านต่อ

Excellent service
All of the staffs are nice and helpful, being friend with the manager and he upgraded my room type :D Recommended!

Love this hotel! Will definitely return!!
Amazing hotel! Only 1 year old and the pool is amazing. The Staff was very welcoming. Food and drinks where however set at western prices like most Of the good hotels. Would return for sure.
