Terrible experience, would NOT recommend

We couldn’t communicate with most of the receptionists in English. The swimming pool closed at 7pm, so it was impossible for travelers to enjoy. The hotel charged us 80 baht for leaving some tiny stain on the hand towel, which was not something you’d expect after paying almost 2000 baht per night. We got some issues with our stay and went down to the reception for help but the lady who seemed to be the manager was outrageously rude and didn’t even try to help. She lashed out on us unprofessionally instead of trying to resolve our problems. She definitely needs to learn hospitality from scratch. What a disappointment. We will never stay with ibis again.
