be careful of your deposit

This is my second time to stay here. In my first visit, I had to request twice to change bed sheets(when I came in to the room, the bed sheets were not a new one), This time, they accused me with breaking a soap dispenser which I never did. When I did check out, a female staff was really aggressive and showed me a pic from the phone(a soap dispenser was broken), so I said I didn’t do that and she almost threw away the deposit. You’d better be careful of your deposit!
