The pillow is too high and firm. The bed is super soft, which I don’t prefer. The aircon exit is direct to head of the bed... I could feel it blew my air and face when I slept. I didn’t sleep well. Beside this, everything was good. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was fine.

Nice staff ever!
It was wonderful memories to us. I dont know his name but the staff who worked at reception was very kind and friendly... thank you so much! If i go to bangkok again, i will go ibis phrakanong!

Newly built hotel.
The location is perfect. Just five minutes from BTS. Can't say enough about the staff. They are exceptional. The pool is very nice as well.
