Located away from the busy touristy spots but near good and cheap food

Pros- quiet,best street side stalls which opens till midnight. New hotel so everything is new and clean. No view though. Good in house breakfast. Cons- no lift so have to climb staircase, nothing much to do around the hotel. Road along hotel can be quite dark at night
If you like to be away from touristy spots this is a good and quiet place to relax.
