cheap guesthouse in a bad area

this guest is cheap however you dont get much. its in a bad location at the begining of kai bae so you will require transport to get around. rooms are pretty basic,i was offered room service once in 4 days. air con was noisy,and the guesthouse seems to get filled up with cheap tourists who like to party most nights. its a long distance to any beach and the hotel and its area are dusty from all the passing trucks
