One of the best customer service

Very warmly welcomed by Ms Au and managed to get us into early checked in. Very happy as check in time is 3pm and it's not obligation by hotel to let us check in early. Even given an upgrade which I enjoyed a lot cos of the bigger space. Pros: breakfast good choices of food especially the omelette were very delicious. Room is big and hotel situated at good location even though no sea view. Cons: housekeeping came quite late, after 1pm. Went out early and came back around 1pm and room was not clean yet. Some rubbish was not cleared by housekeeping.
