All is good except for cleanliness of the room.

The coffee cups are not that clean. My friend advised me to steam the cups with hot water during the first boil. True enough, one of the cup has lip stain which when I poured over with hot water, the stain was removed instantly. Meaning it was not washed thoroughly in the first place. Also during our first night, there is a dead bug lying in the toilet. Thinking that the housekeeper will removed it after the make-up service on the next day, the dead bug is still lying there after our “make-up” room. Else, the other factors (accessibility, friendliness & facilities) are good for a 4-stars resort.
