Nice swimming pool

As far as a swimming pool is concerned in Phuket, it's the second to none. Water is really clean and the size is quite big. As other reviews, some of the staff are quite annoying and rude, which should be considered by the manager. The size of the restaurant for breakfast isn't as big as it can cover all the guests at a peak time, so guests should choose the right time to eat breakfast with more conveniences.

The hotel looks magnificent from outside but inside the room is horrible
The spoon for the tea cup was very dirty, there was dust on it. The toilet was hard to flush. The bed sheet was not clean, we became rash after we slept on it.

Everything was good!
Clean room,polite and helpful staff. Everything was good and make my birthday trip so memorable.I will definitely come back again.
