Aviod

Booked 4 nights , stayed 3 hours and checked out. Staff unhelpful at reception and said no available rooms (had booked already). Took time for them to realise we had pre booked but still no apology or smile. This hotel may look nice in photos but in reality it has not been updated since the dark ages. Didn't think the lift was going to make it to our floor. When we got to our room it was hot and stuffy. No window to open and air con took 30 minutes to cool room down. Furniture and decor was very very dated, TV about 20 years old and not many channels. Bathroom was very poor, didn't look clean or bright.
This is only my opinion but I would avoid at all costs, was willing to forfeit the money to find somewhere else.
Don't be fooled by the grand entrance hall, this hotel has not spent 1 baht on improving the rooms, I'm surprised this hotel was fully booked.

Stay away

Old, worn out Hotel
Turned up asking for a room and staff wanted to charge double Agoda price. Management didn't know what they were doing. Ended up using Agoda and saving a lot of money.... which come to the next point;... อ่านต่อ

Could have had better accommodation for the same value else where in Buri Ram.
Hotel is getting old and in need of renovation. Swimming pool was being renovated but no mention of this prior to booking. Breakfast was in their partner hotel just a short walk away which had a large... อ่านต่อ

The wifi worked!
Ours was one of the non-renovated rooms, presumably. The shower just poured water out on top of the bathtub faucet, so showering was impossible. The AC didn't work, although it made the right noises -... อ่านต่อ

Old and run down hotel
My family goes to Buriram at least 1-2 times a year for race competition at BRIC. Will not stay in Thepnakorn for my next visit. Hotel is very tired and run down. No taxi facility. Needed front recept... อ่านต่อ
