Had low expectations that were not met

Checked in at 5am, couldn't find clerk, was asleep behind counter on floor. Had reservations, he didn't expect me. First room gave me key card got to room needed key, second room had VIP reserved gave me twin bed room, third room was suite walked in and was blown away by quality, had sofas, bar, seating area, great bathroom, walked into bedroom and bed was literally in the middle of floor and not made up, had no sheets etc! Back to counter, was now 6am and manager was finally in, told her story, she looked at clerk and lifted reservation package off desk and handed it to me!!!!!!

Grabbed a quick shower and felt like some breakfast before I sacked out for a couple hours. Two toasters neither worked, had coffee but no cream or milk.

Later that day I felt a swim would be the relaxing I needed......wrong. The pool was unusable, could bearly see the bottom.

Supposedly nicest hotel in the area

Not a good hotel for comfort

Never use this Hotel.
Almost all visitor cannot have hot shower. Furthermore, I had to wait long time to serve (or to go restaurant to get) hot water in order to make some hot drink in my room. No hot water dispenser in th... อ่านต่อ
