Family holiday - Young children, parents and grandparents
The venue, rooms, location, beach and resort were fantastic and faultless. The staff were very friendly (apart from the younger male bar tender, who was quite rude in his approach to questions and requests) but the quality of service was disappointing. Staff rarely displayed much initiative to help make your stay even better by being proactive. If they were asked to do things it was mostly done politely, but continual asking of minor issues meant you felt more in control of the resort than being cared for or looked after. We were not shown to our rooms and nobody assisted with heavy bags despite one staff member being close by (it looked as if he was on a cigarette break). Drinks were taken from tables prior to being finished as it seemed staff were keen to clock off and get home at a time of 10:20pm. A shame, as every other aspect was wonderful. A few small details of improved customer care could have transformed our stay.
