Arrived at about 1am, a security guard was at ground floor helped me to unload luggage and go to the lobby at 1F. Also got upgraded room (bigger). They have also made the sofa bed. Really appreciated. However I am a group of 3 persons but hotel provided with 2 sets of towel and toothbrush. Housekeeping staff replenished shampoo, conditioner, bath, lotion, everyday but not the toothpaste. As other comments, swimming pool is pretty small. Breakfast place is also small so you will see queue during peak time but turnover is fast do don't need to wait too long. Location is good, near BTS and lots of restaurant and massage shop around.

Not recommend stay with a kids
1) Room too dark not comfortable. 2) we need to pay extra charges THB 600++ for kid breakfast (8 years old) per day even free stay with no extra bed. 3) long queue for breakfast, went there 8:30, 9:30... อ่านต่อ

Pleasant stay
I like the gym room which is opened for 7x24 hrs. The bkf at the hotel is great , very good variety of fresh fruits everyday though there is always a queue. The staff in hotel should be better traine... อ่านต่อ

Very convenient place to stay
