Everything was good except Staffs

the guy who checked us in is not helping their brand with his service. He couldn’t add up simple costs and then told us to take our luggage up to our rooms as they don’t have bell boys!
It would be better if the staffs can clearly explain how they take deposit and it wouldn’t have any issues if they can get things done at check in.
