Booking and Facility

I have booked "Twin Room" and double confirm via email days before, however, hotel offered me "King Room" when i arrive since all "Twin Room" already fulled, i am wonder why i need to select the room type duribng making reservation?!?! Also, the cleanliness of bed sheet should be improved and too dark inside the room as well, suggest to provide a table lamp

Value for money and convenient location
