The owner was very friendly and even gave me some sticky rice when I checked out. I took breakfast in the restaurant which was great. The location is not fantastic, there is not much to do around the House, however it is at walking distance from the bus terminal (take a short cut that you won't find on Google Maps) and the night market (it was Saturday night, not sure if it's open daily. Wifi signal was sometimes bad.
