amazing value, helpful owner

This place looks much better in person than in online photos. It's run by a lovely family - very helpful owner who explained where everything is and the points of interest nearby. A 200 baht deposit for the key is needed upon check-in.
The decent-sized air-conditioned double room was absolutely spotless! Wifi works very well. Laundry is 50 baht per kg. No elevator. Free bicycles available to cycle 5 minutes into town (less than 10 minutes to walk) where there are a few restaurants and a 7-11. The bus stop to Old Sukothai is directly across the street and it takes 15 minutes and costs 30 baht. Sukhothai Bus Terminal is a 5-minute 50-baht tuk tuk ride away, or you can walk there in 25 minutes.
