Very nice

We stayed here for 1 week in July. The hotel location is perfect. 30 seconds to the beach, 7 eleven on corner and lots of restaurants nearby. Lots of street food stalls, especially in the evening. Good atmosphere in this area even in low season. The balcony is very spacious and right on top of the soi/street. The staff are genuinely very friendly. We have stayed in more expensive hotels in Cha am but this beats them all. Will be staying here again.

cheesy.
The booked room from agoda was not available when we arrived. So the staff moved us to another hotel called Green House which was not worth the money. Air con broke at night and noisy.
