Pros: great location, offered great tours, laundry available at reception, very quiet and clean.
Cons: the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed sheets a bit rough but this did not ruin my experience at Chiang Mai nor at the guesthouse.
All in all, I would recommend. It’s a safe bet booking with them.
