Basic but clean and great location!
Sri Pat was great value for the price we paid, very nice and helpful staff, the pool was clean and well maintained, if a bit chilly!
Location is fab for access to the old town, try and get a room off the street as the motorbikes use the little road as a cut through and can be noisy in these rooms - we asked to be moved and staff kindly did so for the 2nd half of our stay. We had breakfast a couple of times, which was very good, but better value to be had outside of the hotel but when you're talking £3 for breakfast it's hard to moan!
Beds were exceptionally hard, I had very bruised hips, I'm not super boney, but these types of bed seem to be standard in Thailand!
Trips booked through the hotel were fairly good value, we had no unfriendliness from Staff when they knew we booked one of our trips separately, as others have reported, they were absolutely fine with us.
Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Bathrooms basic but all you need and great shower pressure.
Air con very effective if a bit noisy.
Very good stay for what we paid, no real issues apart from bed which is because we are probably spoiled in England!
