Staff were very friendly and helpfu. We went in Jan and the pool was very cold. There was construction going on beside us so it was a bit noisy during the day. Rooms in chiang mai were in general not very sound proof and so it was similar case here. Location was great..everything you would want was walking distance. Was not a busy area at night time so it was quiet.

Staff really friendly and happy, room was so beautiful, and very clean, every day was cleaned to high standard and pool was so beautiful. Hotel in perfect location. Loved this place so much
