Pleasantly surprised at the nice location, close to local market where many Thai cooking classes shop, facilities for massage, laundry, interesting small cafes/restaurants, both local and modern shops. Easy tuktuk ride to night markets, airport. Very pleasant staff, very clean and nicely designed lobby, small outdoor pool. Deluxe poolview room spacious, with usual coffee/tea/water supplies, lots of closet and drawer space, minifridge, reasonably fast free internet. Appreciated the balcony thru patio doors, with lush foliage providing some privacy, good sized bathroom with modern glassed shower, good water pressure. A/C worked well. Furnishings wooden Thai style,very pleasing; bed comfortable with nice duvet bedding. Large flat screen TV with quite a few English channels. Only downside, up on 3rd floor, no elevator but staff quite readily brought luggage up and down; breakfast not included, but available. Found all kinds of nearby cafes with tasty and very reasonably priced breakfasts Our new favorite is fresh fruit shake - found at many nearby stands - passionfruit especially so refreshing and tangy. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend.
