Still a nice place to stay at!

Stayed at this guesthouse in 2006 and it is pretty much the same - the furnishings in the room are still very new. The room is very comfortable. There is a nice lobby and swimming pool (even though we had no time to use it). The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are many nice cafes in the vicinity and it is easy to walk to the Night Market and Tha Pae Gate.
Some not-so-good experiences at the guesthouse - there is no lift (so if you have big luggages, be prepared to lift them up the staircases); the aircon can be rather noisy at night as it regulates the temperature; the room is not that sound-proof and you can hear the sounds from the corridor.
However, it is still worth the price!

Nice clean place
