Fantastic clean and comfortable guest house

The Sri Pat is a really charming guest house in the central walled area of Chiang Mai - I really enjoyed my stay there as everything i needed worked including a comfortable bed, air con, in room wifi, hairdryer, swimming pool, kettle, lots of power points and a totally excellent shower. The room was spotlessly clean and was attended toevery day. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, always had a genuine smile and very delightfully the mina receptionist said she would miss me when I left and I'd only been there three nights! I've seen other reviews saying that they could have done with more fans in reception and that the mosquitos are a problem, i would agree with the first and dealt with the latter by burning a mosquito coil (available in Tesco for 15BHT) on the balcony at night.

Friendly, comfortable, relaxed.

Great little budget hotel

Great value, Lovely staff
