Good quality and comfortable guest house, but a bit pricey for the area !

Sri Pat GH is centrally located in Chiang Mai. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Wi Fi is good and the staff are very friendly.
The only downside is that the Sri Pat is a bit on the expensive side and there are better value guest houses along the same lane.
Also, breakfast is NOT included.
