Overall good stay 😊

Aside from the temp of the room being a little hot and no toiletries provided, it was all in all a good stay.
Hotel is centrally located to all tourist attractions and very accessible to tuktuk, taxi and train. Staff are friendly and nice.
There were only two breakfast options offered everyday that is included with our reservation and we stayed there for almost 5days. We went out to have breakfast on the 3rd day which was ok because there were a lot of food options close by. If the stuff listed below is ok with you, then this hotel is good for you.

FYI: - Does not provide toothbrushes or toothpastes, so bring your own toiletries - Hot/warm water takes at least 5-10 mins to get warm enough for shower (almost called the front desk to complain, but then I felt warm water coming out the shower) - Does not provide room slippers - No iron or ironing board

Good value
Modern, nice and clean and everything works. Staff polite and friendly and breakfast decent. Would come back. About 15mins walk from Si Lom metro.
