AC Broken, Satellite TV Has Issues, 2 Beds Instead of 1

First the pros: Great selection of digital channels... if you could get it to work. Clean room.
Cons: the air con was broken. The room was boiling hot!!! I was sweating all night long as the AC keeps jumping up to 30 degrees no matter how many times you bring it down. I had hardly any sleep that night as a result as I was sooo hot!
I requested for 1 large bed, and got 2 single beds. It was very cramped for me as I am used to sleeping on a big bed.
The satellite TV didn't have any instructions in English and I kept pressing the wrong buttons which made the channels disappear. Again, very frustrating.
On the whole, I thought my stay was extremely disappointing.
