A good experience overall, not suitable for travelers who want to travel around phuket

We booked a deluxe room with jaccuzi, the room was excellent however the jaccuzi can't be heated so there was no point in having it. Food is really good although could include a wider variety. The only downside is that the hotel is located atleast 45 min. away from busy city areas and transportation costs are extremely high! Nevertheles,the beach is private which is not very common in patong or other areas in phuket. Overall the hotel is good for romantic getaways but not for city tours, shopping, ...etc.
