Awful room on ground floor

The smell from the toilets comes straight to the window.
Common toilets are only apparently clean-ish.
Receptionist very unfriendly, she became a bit kind when I asked to buy a boat trip. But still quiete unprofessional

Disappointing, would not recommend at all
