Disappointing
We felt scammed..the relation quality-price was really bad. It's true that you cannot expect a excellence in service with this price but they help us in nothing.
1.They didn't have a map for us because we were in low season..when we asked how to go to the night market they just said "turn left and go straight" and we lost ourselves because they didn't guide us well.
2. Nobody inform us that the room doesn't have toilet paper or blankets (just have sheets)so you have to buy in the front desk if you want them. It doesn't matter if you paid more for a double room with private bathroom, you have none of them.
3. At night (10.30pm) when we came back we found out that there was no receptionist in the hotel (nobody inform us about that either)so if you need toilet paper you just have to wait until the next morning because you cannot do anything at that time of the night without no one in the hotel and the supermarkets closed.
3. In the morning, when you go out of the room the girl wanted to know where we were going. She was really interested in sold us the ticket from there and called the taxi but later we realized we payed 200thb more than normal for that...we feel cheated by our own hotel.
The hotel was really well-located and the rooms were comfortable but we don't recommend that hotel at all because of the bad service. There are lots of hotels around there that will be definetely better
