Good hotel but.....

The Aloft is part of the Marriot Group but is mid-range. The hotel is fine, quite a big hotel decorated as a boutique hotel. The rooms are average size and good layout, the staff (Reception and Concierge) are great, friendly and helpful. The Tuk-Tuk shuttle is particularly well received. The one downside to Aloft is the F&B. The standard is really not up to the level of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is underwhelming and the Seafood Buffet not fresh or fit for purpose. I as a non-seafood eater, expected something more than fish at the Seafood Buffet, as in other hotels. The meat offering was pathetic and a total waste of money. We ate one breakfast and one Buffet during our 10 day stay, we ate outside on all other occasions, fortunately there is a great variety of restaurants in the Soi 11 area.

Great Hotel

Good hotel in good location
Aloft is a very nice hotel. The staff are good, the locations is good, the room is spacious, modern and comfortable. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Good free Wifi. Nice food at the pool. 24 hour... อ่านต่อ
