Pleasent stay

We booked a urban touch room because we wanted to try the new fingi technology, however the phone crashed time to time, we had to take the phone to reception to reset twice, also when my husband tried to call the phone didn't even ring which caused a bit of trouble. I would suggest go for a normal room instead of a "touch" room.
