Excellent stay

Although a cancellation of our inbound flight cut our stay at the St. Regis by one day, we still managed to enjoy our short stay in Bangkok. The very attentive staff, their friendly and helpful disposition made us feel thoroughly at home. Although the hotel was full of noisy Chinese guests and very crowded over the weekend, the breakfast still left nothing to be desired and every effort was made so we could enjoy every minute at the St. Regis. Compared to other 5* hotels, well worth the money. PS. Only one stop on sky train to BKK shopping heaven was extra treat.

Everything was superb, can’t complain any about this hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Knot from butler service team and Mr. Mike from poolside service team. Great service! I will definitely go back.
