St.Regis stay

First two days no hot water, but the butler tried to say I hadn't left the shower running long enough, I should know cold showers take a while to take. Don't promise guests free laundry ( 2 pieces a night) if you only mean ironing.(very confusing) It's my second stay there, next time I think I will go to the Oriental. Good old fashioned service.
