St Regis Bangkok is very convenient to stay, cos is link together with BTS.
From 13-16.05.2019, 2nd time I stay at this hotel. The are happen when I check-out. The front girl print-out the invoice ask me to check. When I'm doing the checking, I'm so shock. Cos the Invoice cost me Bath4410 for the transportation?
I was telling the girl, I never call for the transport. How come you bill me the amount Bath4410. The girl say, this info was get from downstairs man. The name & room no was correct.
I'm very angry & argue with the girl. The girl say, their need time to do the investigator.
After 1-hrs, I back to find the girl. The girl was telling me is their people given the wrong info. And apologies to m.
My point to write this letter is: How come the name & number no are correct on the invoice and those customer stay at hotel. Hotel should keep are the customer info as secret.
