Memorable

The stay was pleasant. Restaurant and bar, Room service, Spa and bell staff were polite, helpful and gracious.
The front desk and reservations staff/managers should be re-trained and reminded to be hospitable when handling guests (especially Astor card and SPG members) with a level of professionalism and care.
Otherwise, overall trip was fabulous.

Lovely view with great location
