Lovely hotel great location ...staff needs to gear up

Check-in lady was totally inhospitable. Being SPG members she could have given the room little early but she just refused rudely how ever when we went again to try out luck again the guy at the counter gave the room immediately and had no problem.... I'm forgetting the name of the lady ...our room no. Was 243 checkin date : 3rd feb.
Even for late checkout she didn't give while the other person gave easily....moreover at the time of checkout the lady eve. Acted clue less about our deposit and took a while before returning ....the lady is downright mean ....hope someone teaches her a thing or two about hospitality ....but rest of the staff is good.

Great hotel in a great location
