Smoke Odour in room at 3/F

The first time to get there you won't able to find it for sure without online map, because there are no outstanding signage at the main road, although it is not far from BTS. The difficulty is it locates between Nana and Asoke station, there is a bit of walk as well as pulling the luggage on the broken pedestrain footpath. Check in at late night, very hungry and tired after a travel on flight. Unfortunately the first room assigned for me suppoed to be non smoking but filled with very strong smell of tobacco odour and perfume spray which the smell makes me very nauseous . Went back to the front counter with luggage to request a change of room. Then the 2nd room assigned at another floor was much better, had a good sleep on bed. Not recommend for family travellers as there are prostitues (many ladyboys also) along the adjacent main road.

Great stay! Highly recommend

Mark at concierge was nice and so helpful all the time. All thr people there I happen to talk were smiley and friendly. I loved the bath tub in the room because I could open the bathroom wall.

Clean room, superb hospitality and convenient locations
We were there early and the room was already ready for us and live the late checkout and comfortable beds. The location is superb, easy access to terminal 21 shopping mail and BTS.

Customer service is excellent at reception area. All their staff are professional enough to give a top notch service. Will be back some day
