So, Let's start with what I like about the place.
PRO: It's located in a great spot. On the same road as all the bars are located. So if you felt like it, you can have a couple of beers and not worry about transportation. Located near some great places to eat, as well as near some 7-11s and near an internet cafe if you needed to use the computer.
The rooms have a Balcony, which can be used for smoking. The rooms come with a small fridge, flat screen TV, and good working A/C. The place uses a key-card access at night in order to enter the building.
CONs: -Seems the staff changed since I last stayed here. The lady this time, as nice as she was, didn't speak a word of English, which may be a problem to some. -The main lobby floor smelled of a dead rat this time around. -Greeted not once, but twice by giant cockroach's on the main floor. -When I first checked in, there was nobody around to greet me. So, had I not been with my local friends, i may have been stuck there for awhile.

Very nice
