Shut down!!

Turned up here after enjoying the place a year ago. Found the place deserted, doors locked, nobody about. Checked again next day, still abandoned. Very disappointed as I had to book another room then repack my bike and ride through heavy rain to another place getting soaked to the bone in the process. What is going on with this place Agoda? Why is it still listed on your books?
