Overpriced in comparison to nearby competition; incorrect room details in Agoda; no English.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room. The staff does not speak English, which made checking in very difficult because they did not have my reservation from Agoda. I stayed an extra night--also booked through Agoda--but they wanted me to pay them because, again, they did not have it from Agoda.
There was no safe in the room (in the Agoda details), although a portable one can be provided with a set combination. Part of the reason for having a safe is to prevent someone from taking your items. A portable safe means they just take the safe. I considered securing my pilferables in my backpack then locking my backpack to the furniture as I have done elsewhere, but there was nothing in my room that would accomodate that except the plumbing.
The room was clean and had a small refrigerator and not quite rock-hard bed. The staff woman was very nice.

Shut down!!
Turned up here after enjoying the place a year ago. Found the place deserted, doors locked, nobody about. Checked again next day, still abandoned. Very disappointed as I had to book another room then... อ่านต่อ
