Staff were in non-attendance

Having stayed here many times due to the excellent room and rates on the last two occasions there were no staff in the hotel to meet me. I had to telephone them to inform them that I had arrived. I even sent them an email to inform them when I would be arriving Again, there were no staff on duty when I checked out and had to leave the key on the desk. This hotel is going down fast. Admittedly nice room and price but a hotel with no staff. I will not stay there again. This hotel is going down hill I'm afraid. Not recommended

Good location

Good hotel, great location
Enjoyed my stay here, be warned this street is the "red light" district of Chiang Rai though it's not as ferocious as other Thai cities and you could almost not notice. The hotel itself is nice, staff... อ่านต่อ

clean room but lacking good customer service.
Small hotel and room is very clean, spacious, comfortable and very safe. Rooms have air conditioner, fridge and hot shower but no other amenities like gym or room service. If u are a non fuss travelle... อ่านต่อ
