A friendly budget guest house

March 2013 - I stayed 3 nights in this guest house, convenient to local attractions like Mae Salong, Doi Tung, and Mae Sai. Friendly owner can speak English and has lived in the UK. For the price the guest house is perfectly adequate, more like homely comfort than hotel standard. Own transport would be an advantage - covered parking available for 2 cars. Free bicycles available. No English programs on TV but Wi-Fi available in the rooms. Breakfast (included in the price)is somewhat sparse for the hungry. I recommend the guest house to those who want a clean room with basic amenities at a reasonable price.

A delightful little corner of Mae Chan
Peaceful spot,but close enough to town. Friendly owners and we booked an extra night as a great little spot to rest on our cycling tour. Can't think of any negatives!

More then beautiful accomodation...
we were very satisfied with our stay. everything was nice....from the room, to our hosts to breakfast.....everything perfect.
