This trip was probably my 7th or 8th time in Chiang Mai, but this was my first time staying at Content Villa. All the other times, I've stayed at other 4 or 5 star hotels both in and out of downtown. After this trip, however, I'm pretty sure I won't have to look for another hotel next time as I'll 100% be returning to Content Villa. But why?
Most of the reviews here say the location is remote. True, it's definitely not in the center of town, but that means you're getting peace and tranquility. In fact, the other top hotels aren't even in downtown anyway, so it's practically the same thing. And it definitely isn't hard to get into town via various readily available transportation. I didn't think this was an issue at all especially for the price you're paying vs. what you're getting.
Great place, really nice. Friendly and very accommodating staffs. Amazing service. People there take the time to remember you and actually strive to please you. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
