Ok for a short stay

+ : Room with nice view, confortable bed, A/C working perfectly, hot water and fridge in the room, only 15mn walk from BTS and MRT or central train station, authentic thai neigbourhood - : a few people from the staff are not friendly at all and we spotted a few ants and a cockroach in the room

Budget place in a very good location.
All was ok. We really liked the location. Old furniture could be replaced and bathroom refreshed as well, and would be 5star. We liked it and stayed there 2 times for couple of days.

Very good location. Definitely value for money.
The view over Bangkok from the balcony is wonderful. If they maintain the place better, like: replacing very old furniture, refreshing the bathroom, it would be perfect. Other than that, we liked it a... อ่านต่อ

Value for money
Location is not too bad about 10 mins walk from National Stadium BTS. Room was clean and very spacious. Good value for money. Lot of choices to eat in the streets around
