Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The king bed was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the large TV in the rooms.
The staff was extremely polite and always friendly. The manager was also very friendly, spoke excellent English and greeted me by my name.
Breakfast was good but fresh brewed coffee would make it better (only instant coffee available).
Location not ideal but if you have a car or motorbike, it's fine. Central Plaza is right down the street and Terminal 21 is a 10-minute drive.
Be sure to try the restaurant across the street from the hotel. The food is excellent!
Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
Only negative was being charged more for a room with a king bed as opposed to one with two twin beds when booking on Agoda. However, the next day, we checked out and later, my Thai girlfriend called to book one more night and we were charged the same rate for a room with a king bed.
