Several of cockraches (my friend actually counted there were more than 5 on the very first day itself) were found crawling all over the place starting from our very first day arrival till our last stay there.
Water pressure was low at all time. Staff on duty (did not manage to get her name; young sporting a long hair) was found to be exceptionally unfriendly, no smile and hardly willing to acknowledge our requests during breakfast.
Will definitely not consider coming back for this hotel again in my future trip to Phuket, hell no!

Best in class in Patong
Awesome hotel i go there every time im in Patong. Swiss manager rooms are very good and gave a modern design.

Not on the beach as located in the map
Nothing special but not horrible either. Just the location was very wrong and as a result we had a long walk back every night

nice comfortable relax value guest house
good location set bfast value friendly staff nice design exclusive away for the large rowdy crowd in big hotel no need to wait for lift

Great location
Great location but there is no lift so I Had to carry luggage up to the Fourth Floor

Looks like its not a hotel!
Its a small hotel... no lift...so you have to carry up your luggage throug the stair. We only stay a night and move to another hotel. Not worth with its rate n No recommendation to friend. Thnk you
